For Pre-Orders


Payment is due in full upon ordering. We have a large number of pick-ups over short periods of time, and it is not time effective to track payment upon pick-up.


Pick-ups are scheduled at time of order. We understand that things come up, and try to work with our clients. If you must reschedule your pick-up date/time/location, please let us know as soon as is possible. Rescheduled pick-ups are at our discretion.


Cancellations are not permitted following pre-sale orders.
Occasionally, under extreme circumstances, we will authorize cancellations and full refunds.
In the unlikely event we must cancel an order, you will be provided a full refund and discount code for our next pre-order event.


As always, we strive to please! We want our customers satisfied, so if there is any issue, please reach out.
Refund or replacement efforts will be made at our discretion.


As much as we would love to cater to all dietary restrictions and food allergies, we do not have dedicated equipment to offer allergy friendly treats.
