HOW DO I KEEP MY COOKIES FRESH?
Your cookies will come heat sealed in cellophane bags. Keeping them in their bags until it is time to eat them will maintain their freshness best!
CAN I FREEZE MY COOKIES?
You sure can! They freeze beautifully, if done right! If you wish to freeze your cookies, place them (still bagged) into an airtight container and freeze. To thaw, remove the container from the freezer and allow it to come to room temperature BEFORE opening the container or removing cookies.
DO YOU OFFER ALLERGEN-SAFE COOKIES?
Unfortunately, at this time I can not accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. All cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles many trace allergens, so I can not guarantee the safety of any customers with food sensitivites!
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DEPOSITS?
I do require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your spot. Spots are not held until the deposit is paid and availability is subject to change quickly as new clients reach out to book. Once a deposit is paid, your order is confirmed.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS?
I offer full refunds for orders cancelled more than 14 days before pick-up. For orders cancelled within 14 days, there will be no refund on the deposit. If you have already paid in full, you will receive a 50% refund. The deposit will be kept because it is used to purchase supplies for your order, I will have put time into planning the designs, and because other orders have been declined.
